Mall
I was shocked to see a new mall next to the Wal-Mart in Puerto Vallarta. There are many new restaurants as well.
Starbucks
Starbucks had not gained entry into Mexico when I was there last. We saw at least 3!
Aero Puerto
The airport has grown and added many new stores (a lot of them are duty free).
Dreams
I won't see the changes, but they are going to remodel the Spa, rennovate the Seaside restaurant, and make some other nice changes. I think these changes will help make it more of a 6 Apple resort. It is currently rated as such, but I feel that it's currently a strong 5.

Could you have possibly bought one of everything Mexico has to offer? Something is not right, if you don't find atleast one thing during each shopping trip. I can't wait to see the pics.
No doubt. I didn't even buy any antibiotics. I'll get them when I go back to the Riviera Maya.
